Event Management Fee

15% surcharge on total Venue, Equipment, Menu and Miscellaneous requirements.  This fee covers our setup, prep and testing time before your event begins.  Plus, support and catering service on your event day. 

At the West Coast Events Centre, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive the highest quality food, selection, and service. If you would like to make any suggestions or have specific requirements that are not included in these menus please feel free to discuss these with our Events Manager.
Note: Minimum bookings are generally 50 pax on Buffet Meals.
